Itinerary
- 抵达与入境
- 乘坐飞机抵达普诺机场,普诺位于秘鲁东南部,临近的的喀喀湖(Lake Titicaca)。完成入境手续后,感受到当地独特的高原气候和文化氛围。
- 普诺市区游览
- 前往酒店办理入住手续,稍作休息后,开始探索普诺市区。参观普诺大教堂(Puno Cathedral),这座教堂具有独特的建筑风格,融合了西班牙殖民时期和当地印第安文化的元素。
- 在普诺市区的街道上漫步,感受当地的生活气息,可以看到当地居民穿着传统的服饰,售卖各种手工艺品和特色商品。
- 前往湖区
- 早餐后,乘坐车辆前往的的喀喀湖湖畔。的的喀喀湖是南美洲最大的淡水湖,也是世界上海拔最高的可通航湖泊,具有重要的历史和文化意义。
- 湖上活动初体验
- 在湖畔,选择一艘适合的轻舟(当地常见的传统船只),开始湖上的初步探索。可以先在湖边较浅的水域练习划船技巧,适应水上环境。
- 沿着湖畔欣赏湖岸的自然风光,包括连绵的山脉、广袤的草原和当地特色的民居建筑。同时,还可以观察到湖中的各种鸟类,如鸬鹚、野鸭等。
- 湖心探索
- 早餐后,继续乘坐轻舟深入的的喀喀湖湖心。随着距离湖岸越来越远,湖水变得更加清澈湛蓝,周围的景色也更加壮观。
- 在湖心区域,可以看到一些湖心岛,如乌鲁斯岛(Uros Islands)。乌鲁斯岛是由当地印第安人用芦苇建造的人工岛,岛上有独特的芦苇房屋和生活方式。登上乌鲁斯岛,参观岛上的民居,了解当地居民的生活和文化传统,体验他们如何在芦苇岛上生存和发展。
- 文化交流与活动

返回普诺
早餐后,乘坐轻舟返回湖畔,再乘坐车辆返回普诺市区。
普诺市区最后游览(可选)
如果时间允许,可以在普诺市区进行一些简单的游览活动,如参观当地的博物馆,了解普诺的历史和文化。
办理登机手续,结束这次秘鲁湖上泛轻舟之旅,带着美好的回忆离开秘鲁。

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)
Annapurna Base Camp is a Grade B or a moderately difficult trekking route. So any fit person can do this trek, even if you do not have any previous experience. You should be aware of what to expect and mentally prepare for it. Then, as long as you will too, you can.
On average, you walk about 4 to 6 hours per day. One or two days can be as less as 3hrs and one or two days can be as long as 7hrs.
The highest altitude reached is 4190m. This is the elevation of Annapurna Base Camp. ABC is the highest we will climb in this trek.
Yes, you can charge batteries en route. Charger should be brought. There are hot shower facilities as well. You may have to pay a certain amount for both ($1-$2). Negotiate. Also, a hot water facility could be free at a lower elevation.
No. There are no ATMs on this trek route. You will have to draw enough cash in Pokhara or Kathmandu. There are a number of ATMs in these cities. Everything is paid in Nepali rupees. So money should be exchanged before the start of the trek.
Yes. The Internet can be accessed in most places. Sometimes, there might be some technical problems. The Internet in Nepal is not as fast as you are used to and at times you can just lose connection.
Not really. It depends on you. If you want, ABC trekking can be done independently. You could hire a guide and a porter by yourself instead of going through an agency or not hire a guide at all. Although, not having a guide can be a little problematic during the offseason.
It really depends on you. Is it your first time in Nepal? How confident are you of being able to find your way around? How pressed on time are you? If you go through an agency, it will be costlier but everything will be planned. You will only have to come, trek and return.
For the Annapurna region, pay for guides range from $20 to $30 per day and porters take $15 to $25 per day.
